    I hope that through this portfolio you will come to know me as a passionate dance artist and become acquainted with the beliefs that make up my personal arts education perspective. 

    Currently, I am in my third year developing and directing the Fort Hamilton High School's partnership with the Joffrey Ballet School in  New York City. The program is one of the only public high school dance program to have a partnership with a reputable pre-professional private school . In my experience, dance education creates a learning environment that supports student centered refined creative expression, develops problem-solving skills, creates risk takers and embraces individuality.
